- We Negotiate prices and terms with buyers to achieve our client’s financial and personal objectives
- Although we represent the Seller, we often help the buyer with the creation and execution of the Letter of Intent (LOI) for owner review and response
- We help the buyer in every way possible to reduce their legal and due diligence expenses and will not discuss terms with a buyer during the process
- Our goal is for the buyer to make the offer they wish to make and allow the Seller to respond
